Everyone has a different comfort level. Some Clients go with a home check once a month, others prefer twice monthly. We can even arrange to make special checks as in the case of a weather event or wildfire danger. You decide what works best.
Security
We make sure that your home is safe and secure including that windows and doors are securely locked, alarms are functional and the property is secure
Weather Events
We can check your home after a severe weather event like wind storms, localized flooding wildfires or even after Hurricanes like Helene
Pest Intrusion
If mice or bugs make their home out of your home, it’s best to deal with the problem before it becomes costly
Mechanical Failure
It’s no fun traveling to your home only to find that the Heat/AC is out or the Refrigerator has stopped working – We’ll address these problems so that you know you’re coming home to a functioning environment
Vendor Services
We are available to meet with Vendors like pest control agents, contractors or delivery services. We can let them into the home so that they can perform their specialties
Basic Maintenance
Minor issues like changing the batteries in smoke alarms, squeaky doors, dead bulbs or HVAC Filters can easily be addressed. For larger issues like roof repair, leaks or electrical issues, it’s better to leave it to the pros. We can coordinate with them to get the job done.
Enhanced Services
Things like basic yard maintenance, leaf blowing, branch removal can be addressed. Other services like Mail Pickup/Forwarding or even Airport shuttle (AVL) are available. Have a special need? Let’s discuss it.

My name is Jon Kilpatrick. I moved to Hendersonville in 2018 from Naples, Florida where I spent more than 35 years in Technology and Law Enforcement. Married with two pets, (dog and a cat), I love the beautiful Mountains and towns of Western North Carolina.
